Workshop on Latest Trends in Temp Hiring (non IT)
The main objective of this training program is to enhance the skills of our sourcing teams in trends in temp sourcing. With pressure from Clients to source the right candidates, and high levels of attrition, the focus is shifted on sourcing right. The program would dwell on creative sourcing avenues, sourcing methods and processes, and pre-onboarding issues.

Profile of the trainer
Dhruv currently is responsible for leading and managing the national learning & OD requirements of his company, across profiles - driving multiple specialized interventions, internally and externally, focused at skill development and productivity enhancement.
A keen e-learning, content marketing & competency base lining enthusiast with a passion for L&D. His evolution in the Sales and L&D domain is spread through Hospitality, Telecom, Media & Advertising and Database Marketing industries and reinforced with international exposure to the same.
With multiple domain specific certifications across behavioral, andragogy, instructional design and e-learning architecture skills, Dhruv brings in a combined experience of 10+ years. Prior to joining his current company, Dhruv managed the OD requirements of Getit Infoserivces Ltd. and was instrumental in setting up specialized learning frameworks for 2500+ employees. A ‘Learning Specialist’ in the leadership and behavioral space, Dhruv specializes in linking competencies to skill development programs and designing and developing learning framework across levels within the organization by engaging with business and providing a value proposition.
Dhruv has a keen interest in developing talent and nurturing creative manifestations. Besides work he actively pursues his interests in reading, social development, digital art and creative cooking.
